EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

Register as an Exhibitor

This is your company’s time to get in front of hundreds of Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania property management professionals.

New this Year!
Every attendee will be assigned a unique QR code allowing for better lead generation. Your company will also have a unique QR code displayed at your exhibit space, which will capture leads easily for you. You’ll receive a spreadsheet of everyone who visited your space.

The Details
All exhibitors receive: one 7x10 booth with 8’ high back wall and 3’ siderail, one 6’ table, skirting, signage, two chairs and one wastebasket. Exhibitors can bring a free-standing display, retractable banner(s) or other display materials, so long as the items stay within the exhibitor 7x10 booth area.

All exhibitors will choose their exhibit space during registration. A limited amount of spaces will be reserved for top-level sponsors but all other spaces will be first-come, first-served. Be aware of what vendors are around and near the space you want to choose.

In order to obtain member pricing, Industry Partner membership must be confirmed by January 15, 2025 with either IREM® Delaware Valley, IREM® New Jersey, or IREM® Southern New Jersey.

Two registrants are included with your registration fee. You can register up to four additional attendees for $175 per person.

Please note: Registration fees can be paid by check or credit card only. If you elect to pay your registration fee with a check, your registration will not be complete until your check is received. Checks are due within 20 business days from the date your registration was submitted. If you choose to pay by check, you will receive an email with a registration summary and a PDF invoice attached. Failure to pay the registration fee by the conference date will result in the forfeiture of your exhibitor and/or sponsor benefits and you will be denied entry to the conference. IREM will not be held liable for any damages incurred as a result of denied entry. If you choose to pay onsite with a credit card, a surcharge of five percent (5%) will be added to the amount due. All exhibitors and sponsors must agree to abide by the rules and restrictions set in place by the conference venue and must be consistent with state and local ordinances and permit requirements, if any. Exhibitor guidelines set in place by the conference venue can be found here. IREM and its representatives reserve the right to review all booth displays and activities for compliance with venue rules and restrictions. All questions about rules and restrictions may be directed to Katina Madianos-Fiore.
