Napoli joined the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in June 2022. As an Account Executive she oversees a portfolio of 75 properties in the New York, New Jersey, and Delaware areas.  In addition to her role as an Account Executive, she serves as Region 2 HOTMA Coordinator and the backup coordinator for NSPIRE inspections. Her housing career began as a student intern at HUD, which gave rise to her passion for affordable housing.
